German holds a Juris Doctor from the Central University of Venezuela, and a Certificate in Taxation Management from the Metropolitan University of Caracas. German is the Co-Founder and President of Samandhel Corporation. Under German’s leadership, Samandhel has grown from a small family business, to an international organization with offices in Boca Raton, Florida Ningbo, China and Caracas, Venezuela. German oversees Samandhel’s extensive due diligence, procurement, and fulfilment of orders and services, working closely with clients throughout the supply-chain in order to meet their most specific needs. German also has experience in sales. Under German’s guidance, Samandhel has acquired a diverse portfolio, including construction materials, vehicles, hydraulic equipment, household products, food and wine, aircraft engines and parts, and more. Prior to founding Samandhel, German worked as a litigator and as a consultant in Caracas, Venezuela. German lives in Boca Raton with his family.
Valentina Moretti, JD, MAVice President
Valentina Moretti co-founded Samandhel Corporation in 2007, and has served as Vice-President up to date. Since its founding, she has served as the face of the company, has developed and nourished relationships with clients, and has steered the direction of the company. She also leads the company's social responsibility efforts, screening facilities and affiliates to ensure that products and services are sourced, produced, and performed sustainably, and humanely. Valentina is an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in global business. Previously, Valentina practiced environmental law for 12 years. Additionally, Valentina is committed to community engagement and corporate social responsibility at a local level. Outside of Samandhel, Valentina is the co-founder of the Hispanic Entrepreneur Initiative, and holds the position of International Business Development. She is also an agent of change through leadership and teamwork across a variety and nonprofits in South Florida, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. She is an active member of the Boca Raton Junior League and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Valentina holds a Juris Doctor from Central University of Venezuela, and a Master of Science in Environmental and Crisis Management from Simon Bolivar University. She lives with her family in Boca Raton, Florida. Despite a successful career in law, she decided to develop her own business where she could apply her legal knowledge, passion for problem-solving, and intercultural communication skills.

Andres recently graduated from Lafayette Graduate Cum Laude, with a double major in Anthropology and Film Studies. He has five years of experience in publicity and marketing, getting articles placed in Variety, Okayplayer, Women and Hollywood, Shadow and Act, and more. He also writes fiction and television.
